Terms of Use
The app
WizScore is a scorekeeping tool for the card game Wizard. It is provided free of charge, with every feature available to everyone. It is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publisher of the Wizard card game.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your credentials secure and use an email address you control. You are responsible for the content you enter, including the player names you type in — do not enter other people's personal details without their agreement. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or other players.
Tips
The app offers optional tips as one-time in-app purchases. Tips are voluntary support for development and hosting. They unlock no features, content, or benefits, and the app behaves identically whether or not you tip. Because a tip is consumed immediately and grants nothing, it is not restorable. All payments are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; refunds are Apple's decision and are requested through Apple, not through us.
Shared games
An invite code lets other players attach a game to their own account. Anyone holding a valid code can view that game's scorecard, so share codes only with the people you played with. You may delete a game you host at any time, which removes it for everyone it was shared with.
Availability
Cloud sync is offered as-is and may occasionally be unavailable. Your games are always kept on your device as well, so the app remains fully usable without a connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may change or discontinue cloud features with reasonable notice.
Liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost game data, indirect damages, or the outcome of any card game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or intentional misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
